What is stored
Your cart — the pieces and the finishes you chose — is kept in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data clears it.

The forms on this site write your message in your browser and open it in your own mail app. The card form, when you pay, is Stripe’s own page. This site stores nothing you type.

What we receive
Only what you send us: the message you write, and the order details you fill in. That arrives as an email in the shop's inbox.
No card data here
There is no card field on this site. No card number, no payment token and no payment provider sees anything, because the site takes no payment.
Your rights
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We do not sell data, and there is no third-party advertising on this site.
What this site collects
- Your cart, in your own browser’s local storage — the pieces, the finishes and the quantities you chose
- Your theme preference, in the same place
- The message or order you send, which arrives by email in the shop’s inbox
- The order the shop keeps when you pay: the pieces, the options, the amount and your delivery details, on the shop’s server
- Page views and scroll depth, and only if a measurement ID has been configured for this deployment — storage is denied by default even then
- No card number, expiry date or security code, because the card form is Stripe’s own page and never this one
How what you send is used
- To answer you, and to send the confirmation that sets out the price, the lead time and the delivery
- To make and deliver the piece you ordered
- To keep the mailing list, if you asked to be on it, and nothing else
- It is not sold, shared or passed to an advertising network
Third parties
Some photographs on this site are served from Unsplash’s servers, which see your request like any other host would. There is no payment provider involved, because the site takes no payment.
