Eight pieces, joined to be kept.

A small catalogue of furniture in oak, leather, brass and stone. Every material, dimension and price is written down beside the piece it belongs to.
You send the order, we confirm the price, the lead time and the delivery in writing, and payment comes after that.
The photographs are licensed stock photography of pieces in the same style, not the exact piece you will receive. The material, the dimensions and the price are the catalogue’s own.

The full catalogue
See all eightA catalogue is a materials list before it is anything else.
The joint this shop is named after is a through tenon: a tongue of wood cut to pass all the way through the leg it meets, then wedged on the far side. Nothing about it is hidden — the end grain stays in view, and the joint tightens as the wood moves.
The catalogue is written the same way. Eight pieces, eight materials, and the dimensions of each one — read from the same data the shop and the product pages render.

The parts a room photograph cannot show.
Three crops of the catalogue’s own photography — the brass of the pendant, the upholstery of the sofa, and the tapered legs and seat rail of the lounge chair. Each one belongs to a piece.
An order is a message, and the money comes last.
Four steps. Nothing is charged on this site, and you see the price, the lead time and the delivery before you pay for anything.
- 01
Choose the piece.
Every product page carries the material, the dimensions, the price and the options you can pick. The cart remembers the one you chose.
- 02
Keep it in the cart.
The cart is real — it persists between pages, and it does not quietly forget what you added.
- 03
Send us the order.
Checkout writes your order — the pieces, the options and your details — into a message addressed to the shop. You send it from your own mail app.
- 04
We confirm, then you pay.
We reply in writing with the price, the lead time and the delivery for your order, and we ask for payment after that.
Questions, answered plainly.
The four this shop raises most often. The longer list — delivery, changes, care — lives on the FAQ page.
The full FAQHow do I order a piece?
Add the piece and the choices you want to the cart, and at checkout the order is written into a message addressed to the shop — the pieces, the options, the price and your details. You send it from your own mail app. We reply in writing to confirm the price, the lead time and the delivery, and only then do we ask you to pay. Nothing is charged on this site.
When will it arrive?
We do not publish a delivery window we cannot keep to. Every order carries its own lead time and its own delivery, and both are confirmed in writing — so the date we agree is the date we hold ourselves to.
Where do the prices and dimensions come from?
One catalogue file feeds the homepage, the shop and every product page. That is why a price, a material or a dimension agrees everywhere you see it. The price shown is for the standard configuration of the piece; any other combination is confirmed in writing, with its price.
Who took the photographs?
Every photograph is licensed from Unsplash or Pexels, and both are credited in the footer. They show pieces in the same style, not the exact piece you will receive — and each product page says so underneath the picture.
Notes on rooms, materials and light.
Built to be looked at closely.
Through Tenon is a shop for eight pieces of furniture. Each one is listed with its material, its dimensions, its price and the choices you can make — and every order is confirmed in writing before anything is made.
We write when there is something to say.
No campaigns, no automated mail. Your address is written into a note to the shop and kept there.
