Terms of Service
An order is placed by message. The shop confirms the price, the lead time and the delivery in writing, and payment follows that confirmation.

No delivery window, return deadline or warranty period is published here, because this shop does not state terms it has not agreed with you yet.
Your side
The order details you give are the basis of the confirmation. If something in them is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Payments
Payment is taken after the confirmation, not before, and never through this site. The site takes no card details.
Placing an order
- An order is the message you send from the checkout or the contact page
- The order is not placed until you send that message, and it reaches the shop only when you do
- The catalogue price is the price of the standard configuration of the piece; any other configuration is confirmed in writing, with its price
- There is no deposit, because no payment is taken before the confirmation
The confirmation
The shop replies in writing with the price, the lead time, the carrier and the cost of delivery. That message is the agreement. If it is not right, tell us before you pay and we will change it — nothing is charged until you accept it.
Changes, returns & faults
- Changes and cancellations are agreed in writing before any money moves
- Returns are handled case by case, in a conversation — there is no published deadline, because there is no published policy to run out
- If a piece arrives damaged or not as confirmed, tell us with a photograph and we will say what we can do
- Delivery and any tax are confirmed in writing with the order, and are not part of the charge
The photographs
The photographs on this site are licensed stock photography of pieces in the same style, credited in the footer. They are not photographs of the exact piece you will receive, and they are not a promise of colour or finish. What you receive is what the confirmation describes.
