All furniture comes with a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects.

Payments
Secure payments via Stripe. Full refund within 7 days for unused items.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Through Tenon website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Products & Orders
- All product images are for illustration; slight variations may occur with natural materials
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Orders are confirmed upon payment processing
- Custom orders require 50% non-refundable deposit
Returns & Exchanges
- 7-day return policy for unused items in original packaging
- Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
Limitation of Liability
Through Tenon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
