Every piece is made after an order is confirmed, so the lead time and the delivery are quoted for your order — in writing, with the confirmation.
Lead time
The time your piece needs to be made is part of the confirmation, and it is the date we work to.
Where we deliver
Tell us the address and we will say what we can deliver there and at what cost. If we cannot reach it, we will tell you that.
How a piece travels
The carrier and the packing are chosen for the piece — a low table and a tall pendant do not travel the same way. They are named in your confirmation.
How delivery works
- You place the order, with the address it should go to.
- We reply in writing with the price, the lead time, the carrier and the cost of delivery.
- You pay, if the order is right.
- When the piece is on its way, the carrier's own tracking reaches you by email.
Tracking an order
We write to you at every step: when the order is confirmed, when the piece enters production, and when it leaves us. The carrier's tracking reference is in that last email.
